When you live life in fear, theres no hope for happiness. In everything, it takes an act of bravery (no matter how big or small) for any outcome to be positive. You have to be brave to say the first "hello" when making a friend, you have to be brave in order to show up to a party alone, you must be brave when someone is looking up to you... sooner or later it becomes a habit.
