"My uniform is leather and my power is my age." - KISS
As kids we often feel like we have no say in the world, and are constantly being dragged behind by the hand of our elders, but the truth is that we command a world of our own. They can have the world of corporate business and stress. We have the world of the young and i would prefer this life any day. We can sleep late and stay up even later, living in the spur of the moment. We can love as many times as we stumble upon it, without the commitment of rings and children. We can learn for the hell of learning even though we all know that its a rare occasion. We can wear tight dresses and our clothes around our ankles and laugh to ourselves as our parents groan. We can wear to much makeup on a friday night simply for a girls night out at. Applebee's. We should enjoy these privileges while we can. Live life and the youth of the world, get a piercing while you can, and take it out when the time comes, or travel to europe for a month or two (with the excuse of studying abroad of course.) You're only young once... make it count.
